All Vendors and Staff must follow the Rules and Regulations of the Festival.

Check-in begins on Thursday (8/30). Vendors need to be set up no later than 12 pm Friday (8/31). Vendors must stay for full event to avoid disruptions. 11 pm Sunday (9/2) and no later than 5 pm Monday (9/3).

Food Vendors must obtain necessary permits, food handler cards, and insurance. Permits must be visibly displayed at booths.

I, We, agree to hold the Rendezvous Blues Festival, Scott Thorndike, Wes and Denise Edwards and affiliates harmless from any and all claims, suits, losses or expenses because of loss and/or bodily injury.
